HyGuard offers potential partners the option of choosing the partnership level most suitable to your needs. No matter which Partnership level you choose, HyGuard is committed to providing you with the marketing and support services you need to ensure the success of our partnership!
Affiliate
As an Affiliate, there are no monthly purchase commitments or sales quotas to meet. You have access to all of our marketing materials and website banners, and you will receive 10% commission for every successful sale you refer to HyGuard. HyGuard will close the sale, perform the install, provide all pre- and post-sales support to the client, and send you a check!
Joining is easy, and FREE
- Fill out our Partner Application and indicate the appropriate level of partnership.
- Once you're approved, place a HyGuard link on your site.
- Log in to our Partner Portal and submit referrals. We will either 1) follow up on them and keep you posted as to their progress, or 2) forward the lead to an Authorized Reseller or OEM Partner in your area to complete the sale.
- Earn 10% for each successful sale you refer.
Authorized Reseller
As an Authorized Reseller, there are no initiation or annul fees to submit. You will receive product discounts based on accumulated sales over the prior 12 months. The discount steps are as follows:
Authorized Reseller Discount Groups
(i) Less than $25,000: 20% discount Bronze
(ii) $25,000 - $100,000: 25% discount Silver
(iii) $100,000 - $250,000: 30% discount Gold
(iv) More than $250,000: 35% discount Platinum |
We will provide you with marketing materials and sales tools in order to help you market NetiSafe. An Authorized Reseller should encompass the skill sets to initiate and close successful sales, and maintain a lasting relationship with customers.

OEM Partner
There are an ever-increasing number of companies wanting to provide their own security solutions to their customers; however, they often don't have the resources available to develop and maintain something on their own. In response to this growing need, HyGuard is providing NetiSafe to companies wishing to market and sell a network security solution as their own product.
NetiSafe can be fully branded with your own logos, text, icons, and colors according to your unique image. Your customers will see our system as your product. With your own branded version of our software and hardware, you can quickly and easily extend your product and service offerings to include network security products based on HyGuard’s NetiSafe.
As an OEM Partner you will receive product discounts based on accumulated sales over the prior 12 months. The discount steps are as follows:
OEM Discount Groups
(i) Less than $25,000: 20% discount Bronze

We require all OEM partners to pay a $15,000 initiation fee along with an annual $10,000 Maintenance and Administration fee to cover the costs of:

- Future maintenance and warranty of all devices purchased
